Our Roomba was giving an error code we couldn't troubleshoot on our own, so we took it here. They let me know that they had ordered a part for it to see if that would work, though they were concerned it might be a fatal software error. It ended up being the latter, which didn't surprise me due to the old age of our vacuum. The woman I worked with (I wish I could remember her name!) was wonderfully helpful throughout the process and even offered to recycle the vacuum, free of charge, so I could feel good that it didn't end up in a landfill.
